Service bookings are made through our enquiry form or by contacting us directly. A booking is confirmed only after we provide written confirmation and any required deposit is received.
All prices are quoted in Australian Dollars (AUD) and are subject to change. The price applicable to your booking will be the price quoted at the time of confirmation.
Payment terms vary by service. Private classes typically require full payment in advance. Catering services may require a deposit with the balance due prior to the event.
Cancellations made more than 48 hours before the scheduled service are eligible for a full refund or rescheduling at no additional cost. Cancellations within 48 hours may incur a cancellation fee of up to 50% of the service cost.
You may reschedule a booking free of charge with at least 48 hours notice, subject to instructor availability.
In the rare event that we need to cancel a service, we will offer you an alternative date or a full refund. We are not liable for any consequential losses arising from our cancellation.
