For private cooking classes, we recommend booking at least one week ahead. Corporate events and catering typically require 2-3 weeks notice, though we can sometimes accommodate shorter timelines.
Do you travel outside Melbourne?
Yes, we serve clients across Australia. Travel fees may apply for locations outside metropolitan Melbourne, Sydney, Brisbane, Perth, Adelaide, and Hobart.
Can you accommodate dietary restrictions?
Absolutely. We work with all dietary requirements including vegetarian, vegan, gluten-free, dairy-free, nut allergies, and religious dietary laws. Please mention these when booking.
What happens if I need to reschedule?
We offer free rescheduling with at least 48 hours notice. Cancellations within 48 hours may incur a fee depending on the service booked.
Is there a minimum group size for corporate events?
Our corporate cooking events work best with groups of 8-30 people. For larger groups, we can arrange multiple stations or parallel sessions.
